2. Inspection Upon Receipt

Immediate Check: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note this on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take clear photos before opening.

3. Damage Claims & Replacements

Eligibility for Replacement: We will provide a free replacement only if we can confirm the damage occurred in transit or was present before shipment.

Investigation Requirement: To investigate, we require you to return the damaged item (and all original packaging) to our address. We will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Return Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

Approve Replacement: Ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Deny Claim: If inspection shows the product was misused or damaged after delivery, we will notify you and discuss repair or paid replacement options.
